【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼的护理方法。方法:将2009年6月~2011年5月收治的45例乳腺癌术后患者作为对照组,实施常规护理措施;将2011年6月~2013年6月收治的46例乳腺癌术后患者作为治疗组,在常规护理基础上实施心理护理、上肢功能锻炼等护理干预。比较两组患者患肢功能康复情况。结果:治疗组患者手臂功能恢复总有效率为97.8%,对照组患者手臂功能恢复总有效率为82.2%,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施患肢功能锻炼能有效提高患者手臂功能恢复总有效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the nursing methods in the postoperative functional exercise of the affected limb of breast cancer patients. Methods: 45 postoperative breast cancer patients treated from June 2009 to May 2011 were taken as the control group and routine nursing measures were implemented in this group; other 46 postoperative breast cancer patients treated from June 2011 to June 2013 were taken as the treatment group and the patients in this group received extra nursing interventions like psychological care and the functional exercise of the affected upper limb. The rehabilitation status of the affected limb of the patients was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the rehabilitation of patient’s arm function was 97. 8% in the treatment group and 82. 2% in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The postoperative functional exercise of the affected limb can improve the total effective rate of functional recovery of postoperative breast cancer patients.更多还原
