【摘要】 目的:探讨以预算配置为基础的护理岗位管理在优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法:对我院340名护理人员实施以预算配置为基础的护理岗位管理,对比实施前后护理质量;同时选取实施前后患者各500例,比较实施前后患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:实施后护理人员护理工作评分高于实施前(P<0.01),患者对护理人员工作满意度较实施前显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:以预算配置为基础的护理岗位管理措施对建立科学的护理管理模式,提高护理人员整体素质、护理工作质量及患者满意度均具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of the budget allocation based post management of nursing staff in high quality nursing service. Methods: 340 nurses in our hospital were managed by using the budget allocation based post management and the nursing quality was compared before and after the implementation of the management model. At the same time 500 patients were selected and the patient satisfaction with nursing service was compared before and after the implementation of the management model. Results: The scores of nursing service were higher after the implementation of the management model than those before its implemntation( P < 0. 01); the patient satisfaction with nursing service improved significantly after the implementation of the mangement model,compared with that before its implementation( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The budget allocation based post management of nursing staff has the great significance in the establishement of scientific nursing mangement model and in the improvement of the overall quality of nurses,nursing quality and patient satisfaction.更多还原
