【摘要】 目的:探讨颈椎前路手术患者围术期护理配合方法。方法:将2011年5月~2012年4月收治的87例颈椎前路手术患者设为对照组,实施常规护理措施;将2012年5月~2013年4月收治的92例颈椎前路手术患者设为观察组,加强围术期护理配合。比较两组患者手术并发症发生率和患者满意度。结果:观察组患者手术并发症发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对颈椎前路手术患者加强围术期护理配合有助于提高患者手术效果,促进术后康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the perioperative nursing cooperation methods in anterior cervical operation. Methods:87 patients who received anterior cervical operation from May 2011 to April 2012 were taken as the control group and the routine nursing measures were implemented in this group. Other 92 patients who underwent cervical anterior operation from May 2012 to April 2013 were taken as the observation group and perioperative nursing cooperation was enhanced in this group. The incidence of operation complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of operation complications was significantly lower and patient satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Strengthening perioperative nursing cooperation for patients with anterior cervical operation is helpful to improving the operation effect and promoting the postoperative recovery of patients with anterior cervical operation.更多还原
