【摘要】 目的:探讨集束化护理在颅脑损伤躁动患者中的应用效果。方法:将神经外科收治的104例颅脑损伤躁动患者随机分为对照组51例和集束化组53例,对照组实施神经外科常规护理措施,集束化组在常规护理基础上实施集束化护理方案。比较两组不良事件发生率和患者满意度。结果:集束化组护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者或家属满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理可以有效减少颅脑损伤躁动患者护理不良事件的发生率,提高患者或家属满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of application of cluster- based nursing in patients with dysphoria induced by craniocerebral injury. Methods: 104 patients with dysphoria induced by craniocerebral injury treated in the department of neurosurgery were randomly divided into the control group( n = 51) and the cluster- based nursing group( n = 53). The conventional nursing measures used in the department of neurosurgery were taken in the control group and the cluster- based nursing program was additionally provided for the patients in the cluster- based nursing group. The incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the cluster- based nursing group than the control group( P < 0. 05); the degree of satisfaction of the patients and their families was significantly higher in the cluster- based nursing group than the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: The cluster- based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in the nursing care of patients with dysphoria induced by craniocerebral injury and can improve the satisfaction of patients and their family members.更多还原
