【摘要】 目的观察缬沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗对阵发性心房纤颤(房颤)复发的防治作用。方法选取2012年1月—2013年1月在济宁市第一人民医院心内科就诊的阵发性房颤患者60例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组患者均口服胺碘酮转复及维持窦性心律,观察组患者另口服缬沙坦(80 mg/次,每早1次)和瑞舒伐他汀(10 mg/次,每晚1次),比较两组患者房颤发作次数及持续时间,血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及左心房内径(LAD)。结果两组患者随访6个月后,与对照组比较,观察组患者房颤发作次数减少〔(3.1±0.5)次比(1.6±0.4)次〕,房颤持续时间缩短〔(6.4±2.6)h比(4.8±3.6)h〕,血清CRP水平降低〔(6.0±1.2)mg/L比(5.0±0.7)mg/L〕,LAD缩小〔(30.1±2.2)mm比(24.9±3.5)mm〕(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗可以减少阵发性房颤的复发,其机制可能与减少炎性反应及抑制心肌重构有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the prevention and treatment effects of valsartan combined with rosuvastatin on the incidence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation( PAF). Methods 60 PAF patients who visited the First People’s Hospital of Jining from January,2012 to January,2013 were randomly divided into the observe group( n = 30) and the control group( n = 30).Patients in observe group were given amiodarone,valsartan( 80 mg,once ever morning) and rosuvastatin( 10 mg,once every evening),while control group were given amiodarone alone. The PAF times,AF duration,the serum level of C- reactive protein( CRP) and left atrial diameter( LAD) were observed. Results After 6 months’ follow- up,the PAF times,AF duration,the serum level of CRP and the size of LAD in the observe group and in the control group were( 3. 1 ± 0. 5) times vs.( 1. 6 ± 0. 4)times,( 6. 4 ± 2. 6) h vs.( 4. 8 ± 3. 6) h,( 6. 0 ± 1. 2) mg / L vs.( 5. 0 ± 0. 7) mg / L,( 30. 1 ± 2. 2) mm vs.( 24. 9± 3. 5) mm respectively. All in the observe group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Valsartan combined with rosuvastatin can effectively inhibit the occurrence of PAF. The mechanism is probably associated with myocardium reconstitution inhibition and inflammatory reaction reduction.更多还原
