【摘要】 目的分析原发性舍格伦综合征(pSS)患者交感皮肤反应(SSR)特点。方法选取2011年10月—2012年7月在北京大学人民医院风湿免疫科门诊就诊或住院的pSS患者34例,检查双侧上肢和下肢的SSR波幅及潜伏期。比较不同病程、年龄、发病年龄及确诊时间患者的SSR异常率。结果 34例患者中共发现6例(17.6%)SSR测定完全正常,余28例(82.4%)均有异常发现。患者下肢波幅异常率为66.2%(45/68),上肢波幅异常率为67.6%(46/68);下肢潜伏期异常率为58.8%(40/68),上肢潜伏期异常率为55.9%(38/68)。上下肢SSR波幅异常率及潜伏期异常率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.510、0.531)。不同病程、年龄、发病年龄及确诊时间患者SSR异常率比较发现,病程≤5年的患者左侧上肢SSR波幅异常率高于病程>5年的患者(P=0.042);年龄≤60岁的患者右侧上肢SSR波幅异常率高于年龄>60岁的患者(P=0.035)。结论 pSS患者可以出现自主神经受累症状,病程越短,年龄越小,SSR波幅改变越明显。故有必要进行SSR检测,为早期自主神经电生理诊断提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the features of sympathetic skin response(SSR) in patients with primary Sjgren’s syndrome(pSS).Methods Thirty-four pSS patients admitted to this hospital from October 2011 to July 2012 had examinations for SSR amplitude of waves of bilateral upper and lower limbs and for its latency period.SSR abnormal rates were compared between patients in different duration,at different ages,at ages of onset,at time of final diagnosis.Results In 34patients,6 had normal SSR,the others had abnormal findings.The abnormal rate of lower limb amplitude was 66.2%(45 /68),that of upper limb amplitude was 67.6%(46 /68);abnormal rate of lower limb latency period was 58.8%(40 /68),that of upper limb was 55.9%(38 /68).There was no significant difference in abnormal rates of upper-and lower-limb amplitude and latency period(P = 0.510,0.531).The abnormal rate of SSR amplitude of left upper limb was higher in patients with ≤5-year course of disease than in those with > 5-year course(P = 0.042);the abnormal rate of SSR amplitude of right upper limb higher in ≤60-year-old patients than in > 60-year-old patients(P = 0.035).Conclusion pSS patients may have symptoms of autonomic nervous involvement.The shorter the course is and the younger patients are,the more obvious the changes of SSR amplitude are.SSR is necessary to be done to provide early autonomic nerve electrophysiological diagnosis.更多还原
