广州市社区卫生服务中心工作人员职业倦怠及其影响因素调查研究

【摘要】 目的了解广州市社区卫生服务中心工作人员职业倦怠情况及其影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,于2012年9—10月抽取广州市20所社区卫生服务中心530名工作人员进行问卷调查。包括一般信息调查表、中国职业倦怠量表(CMBI)、社会支持量表以及自行设计的工作满意度调查表。采用单因素和多因素有序多分类Logistic回归分析职业倦怠的影响因素。结果社区卫生服务中心工作人员职业倦怠检出率为73.21%(388/530),其中轻度倦怠198人(37.36%),中度倦怠162人(30.57%),重度倦怠28人(5.28%)。多因素有序多分类Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、学历、职称、客观支持、工作回报、工作本身、领导管理因素进入回归模型。结论广州市社区卫生服务中心工作人员职业倦怠检出率处于较高水平。不同年龄、学历、职称、客观支持、工作回报、工作本身和领导管理对职业倦怠具有一定影响。管理者需从相关因素入手,对职工职业倦怠进行有效的管理与疏导。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate prevalence and factors associated with occupational burnout among staff of community health centers in Guangzhou.Methods By stratified random sampling method,a total of 530 staff from 20 community health service centers in Guangzhou were surveyed by questionnaire form September 2012 to October.The questionnaire included general information questionnaire,CMBI,social support scale,and self-designed job satisfaction scale.The factors associated with occupational burnout were analysed by univariate analysis and orderly classification Logistic regression analysis.Results The occupational burnout detection rate among staff of community health centers was 73.21%(388 /530),198(37.36%) cases were detected with mild burnout,162(30.57%) cases were detected with moderate burnout,and 28(5.28%) cases were detected with height burnout.According to the results of orderly classification Logistic regression analysis,age,education level,professional qualifications,objective support,return of work,work itself and the management of leadership entered the regression model.Conclusion Staff occupational burnout detection rate of community health centers in Guangzhou is high.Age,education level,professional qualifications,objective support,return of work,work itself and the management of leadership have some effect on occupational burnout.The managers should manage and dredge the occupational burnout according to the relevant factors for occupational burnout.
