【摘要】 目的针对应用多功能口腔矫形器防治烧伤后小口畸形的疗效进行分析研究。方法选择15例颜面部深度烧伤病例进行研究,在患者经过烧伤治疗后,烧伤口周创面基本愈合的情况下,指导病人使用多功能口腔矫正器对烧伤后小口畸形进行防治。结果烧伤后小口畸形矫正的疗效显著,1年后所有患者矫正的疗效良好,不影响患者的日常生活。结论多功能矫正器可以降低小口畸形的发生,扩张患者口角以及周围的组织,防止出现进行性萎缩。多功能口腔矫形器在烧伤后小口畸形的矫正治疗中无创、安全,可以将其进行推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper studies the effect of microstomia application of multifunctional dental appliance treatment after burns.Methods Choose 15 cases of facial deep burn were studied in patients after treatment,after burn,burn wound healing of perioral basic situation,the use of multifunctional oral appliance on post burn prevention guidance to patients with microstomia.ResuIts After burn microstomia correction effect is remarkable,the correcting effect in all patients after 1 years of good,does not affect the patient’s daily life.Conclusion The multifunctional corrector reduces microstomia,expansion and surrounding tissues in patients with mouth,to prevent the emergence of progressive atrophy.Multifunctional dental appliance in post burn microstomia correction without safety record,treatment,which can be popularized.更多还原
