铝电解生产脱极问题分析及处理
Analyzing and treatment of anode falling off problems during aluminum reduction
【摘要】 本文结合2013年公司脱极现状,对脱极原因进行分析,指出在低电压低电耗技术路线运行的背景下,电解生产精细化管理与操作、电解技术条件稳定控制、阳极组装质量与钢爪维修质量控制等对改善脱极问题的重要性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,according to the status quo of anode falling off in our company in 2013,the anode falling off reasons are analyzed. It is pointed out that fine management and operation,stability controlling of technical conditions,the quality of anode rodding and stub maintenance are important for improving anode falling off under low voltage and low power consumption operation.
