【摘要】 目的观察藏药帕珠丸对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝组织IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1含量及TGF-β1mRNA表达的影响。方法分别给予慢性酒精性肝损伤模型大鼠50、100、200 mg·kg-1帕珠丸混悬液,观察其对肝组织IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1含量及TGF-β1mRNA表达的影响。结果藏药帕珠丸低、中、高剂量组肝组织IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1含量均显著降低(P<0.05),TGF-β1mRNA表达下降(P<0.05)。结论藏药帕珠丸可能是通过降低肝组织中IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、TGF-β1含量及TGF-β1mRNA表达,对大鼠慢性酒精性肝损伤发挥保肝作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Pazhuwan on the levels of IL- 1,IL- 6,TNF- α,TGF- β1and the mRNA expression of TGF- β1in Rat hepatic tissue with alcoholic liver disease( ALD). Methods ALD model was established by feeding SD male rats with alcoholic,Pazhuwan( 50,100,200 mg·kg- 1) was orally administrated to experiment groups of rats. The IL- 1,IL- 6,TNF- α,TGF- β1levels and the mRNA expression of TGF- β1in hepatic tissue were tested. Results The levels of IL- 1,IL- 6,TNF- α,TGF- β1in the Pazhuwan group were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05). The same changes were observed in the mRNA expression of TGF- β1in hepatic tissue. Conclusion Pazhuwan is likely to protecting the chronic alcoholic injury liver by inhibi-tion inflammation cytokines levels.更多还原
