帕珠丸对慢性酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝组织SOD、CAT活性及MDA含量的影响

【摘要】 目的观察帕珠丸对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝组织SOD、CAT活性及MDA含量的影响。方法将42只雄性SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、联苯双酯组、帕珠丸组。慢性酒精性肝损伤模型,采用56%白酒连续灌胃12周(10mL/kg·d-1)。造模成功后,分别给予联苯双酯滴丸混悬液、帕珠丸混悬液灌胃;正常对照组、模型对照组分别给予同体积生理盐水灌胃,连续灌胃3周。剖杀取样,测定大鼠肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠肝组织中SOD、CAT活性均明显降低(P<0.05),MDA含量明显升高(P<0.05)。帕珠丸组肝组织SOD活性、CAT活性高于模型组,MDA含量低于模型组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕珠丸可显著提高大鼠肝组织SOD、CAT活性,降低MDA含量,提示该药物能够有效地清除自由基,提高肝组织抗氧化能力。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Pazhuwan on SOD,CAT activity and MDA level in rat liver with alcoholic liver injury. Methods Forty- two Healthy SD Rats were randomly divided into four groups: the Control group,Model group,Bifendate group and Pazhuwan group. The SOD,CAT activity and the MDA levels were tested in the hepatic tissue in all groups. Results The SOD,CAT activity in the hepatic tissue of the model group were significantly reduced than the control group( P < 0. 05),the MDA contents in the hepatic tissue of the model group were higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Compared with the model group,the SOD,CAT activity increased remarkably( P < 0. 05) and the MDA contents much lowered( P < 0. 05) in the hepatic tissue of Pazhhuwan groups. Conclusion Pazhuwan is likely to protecting the liver of chronic alcoholic injury by up- regulating SOD, CAT activity and reducing MDA contents in the hepatic tissue. It shows that Pazhuwan could remove the free radical and enhance liver’s capability of anti- oxidation.
