内支撑式RFT零压行走机理分析

【摘要】 为提高内支撑式安全轮胎(RFT)零压续跑能力和指导内支撑结构设计,基于子午线轮胎随气压减小的接地印迹变化及径向变形规律,建立了内支撑式安全轮胎零压滚动弹簧-阻尼模型和零压行走刷子模型,分析了零压滚动工况下轮胎纵向力、侧向力和回正力矩产生的机理和与充气轮胎行走行为的差异。利用三维参数化特征建模技术完成了带有内支撑的安全轮胎装配体设计,并制作样件进行了台架性能试验。试验结果表明:所提出的理论模型及其揭示的行走行为和规律,对安全轮胎内支撑结构设计与性能改进具有借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Running spring damper model and brush model were established based on the ground contact patch and the radial deformation with decreased pressure of the radial tire to enhance the running performance of run-flat tires with inserts and find the design basis of the insert structure.The longitudinal force,side force and aligning torque generation mechanism were analyzed with the difference investigated between a run-flat tire and a pneumatic tire.The three-dimensional model of the run-flat tire with inserts was developed using three-dimensional feature molding methods with the tire product manufactured for performance tests.The results show that the theoretical models and the discussions on the running laws have important significance for inserts construction design and performance improvement.
