铝合金表面微弧氧化技术的研究现状及展望

【摘要】 微弧氧化技术是一种针对Al、Mg、Ti等阀金属及其合金进行表面陶瓷化的新技术。利用该技术可在铝合金表面原位生长一层致密、均匀、附着力良好的陶瓷膜层,大大改善铝合金的耐蚀、耐磨性能。综述了国内外铝合金表面微弧氧化技术的研究现状,概括了铝合金微弧氧化的基本原理、过程、工艺特点及影响因素;分析了铝合金微弧氧化技术目前尚存在的问题,并对该技术今后的研究方向进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Micro arc oxidation( MAO) is a novel technique to deposit ceramic coatings on the surface of valve metals such as Al,Mg,Ti and their alloys. The oxide coatings prepared by this technique have a dense,uniform structure and high adhesion,which can greatly improve the performance of corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the Al alloy. The recent progress of MAO technique on aluminum alloy at home and abroad is reviewed. The mechanism,process,characteristics and factors influencing the technique of micro arc oxidation are summarized. Finally,the present problems and the possible development direction of this technique are also addressed.
