气制动手控阀性能检测系统研究及其评定
Research and Evaluation of Performance Testing System for Automotive Pneumatic Manual Valve
【摘要】 针对汽车气制动手控阀静特性和密封性的检测要求,设计了气制动手控阀性能检测系统。该检测系统通过伺服电机控制手控阀手柄旋转角度来测试静态特性;通过对检测系统的储气罐容积和测试时间进行等效转化来缩短密封性测试时间,提高测试效率。实测试验表明,该检测系统能够快速完成手控阀的检测,系统测量能力指数Cg≥2.0,Cgk≥1.33,满足了检测设备可靠性要求。
【Abstract】 To meet the test requirement of static property and sealing performance for automotive pneumatic manual valve,a performance test system for pneumatic manual valve is designed.The system operates a servo motor to control rotation angle of the manual valve handle to test static characteristics.Equivalent transformation is made to air tank capacity and testing time of the test system to shorten sealing test time and improve test efficiency.Test result indicates that the test system can quickly test the manual valve performance with the measurement capability index Cg greater than2.0 and Cgk greater than 1.33,which meets the reliability requirement of the testing equipment.
