基于偏相干分析的大型客车振动源识别试验研究
Experimental Study on Vibration Sources Identification for Large Bus Based on Partial Coherence Analysis
【摘要】 针对某客车在实际运行和怠速工况下振动较大的问题,采用偏相干分析方法进行了理论分析和试验研究。介绍了偏相干分析的基本原理和计算方法,编制了计算程序。在该车辆的发动机前悬置上下侧、发动机后悬置上下侧、变速器悬置左右侧和最后排座椅地板等处设置了6个测点,通过对6个测点数据的偏相干分析,找出了发动机前悬置振动是该客车在怠速工况下地板振动较大的主要振源,为实际降振提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 To identify sources of excessive vibration of a large-sized bus in practical operation and idling conditions, theoretical analysis and experimental study are carried out with partial coherence analysis method. The fundamental principles and calculation method are introduced and calculation procedure is programmed. Six measuring points are set at both sides of engine front mounting, both sides of engine rear mounting, both sides of transmission mounting and underfloor at the rearmost row seat. Through partial coherence analysis of the data obtained at the six measuring points, we identify that vibration from engine front mounting is the main source of the excessive vibration of bus underfloor in idling conditions, this provides theoretical basis for the reduction of vehicle vibration.
