发动机进气系统声学性能优化设计技术研究
The Research on Optimization Design Technology on Acoustic Performance of Engine Intake Systems
【摘要】 利用GT-Power软件对发动机进气系统概念设计方案进行声学预测,并结合整车噪声试验对其进行声学评估;以管道声学理论为指导,搭建赫姆霍兹消声器和1/4波长管的参数化设计模型,利用GT-Power软件分别完成声学性能直接优化设计和基于灵敏度的声学性能优化设计,确定赫姆霍兹消声器和1/4波长管的结构敏感参数,为发动机进气系统声学性能优化提供了定量依据。整车噪声试验结果表明,优化后该发动机进气噪声下降明显。
【Abstract】 We use GT-Power software to make acoustic forecast of conceptual design scheme of engine intake system and make acoustic evaluation through vehicle noise test. Based on conduit acoustic theory, we construct the parameterized design model of Helmholtz muffler and 1/4 wave tube, and complete optimization design of acoustic performance of engine intake system and acoustic optimization design based on sensitivity with GT-Power software, and define some sensitive structural parameters of Helmholtz muffler and 1/4 wave tube, which provide foundation for quantification of intake system acoustic optimization. The results of vehicle noise test indicate that the optimized engine induction noise reduces dramatically.
