【摘要】 公共部门信息系统的低效、失败普遍存在,并且受到研究者的广泛关注。调查了国内外研究公共部门信息系统低效、失败的文献,评述了文献发展趋势,从项目的宏观管理、组织环境、实施流程、研发技术、参与者、风险管理等6个方面归纳了影响公共部门信息系统低效、失败的原因,并对我国公共部门信息系统研究提出了相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are a lot ofineffective or failed information systems in public sectors. The authors reviewed the literatures on ineffectiveness or failure in public sector information system and summarized the trend of research on the topic,and analyses the reasons in the aspects of macro management,organizational enviornment,research and development of technology,participant,and risk management. It draws a guidance suggestion for China’s public sectors information systems research.更多还原
