【Abstract】 This article firstly compared the difference between social tagging systems and search engines. Then,the article summaries of the key technologies of tag relevance ranking,tag ontology,personalized tag search and multimedia tag search. It is found that system-oriented information retrieval techniques can not meet the users’ needs of information inquiry,and studying user-oriented information behavior in Cognitive View is needed.更多还原
