【摘要】 本文设计了一套基于不同国别行业统计标准对照表构建的信息服务业行业范围界定及跨国比较方案。并基于第二次全国经济普查数据库、美国服务业年度普查数据库及欧盟统计局结构性商业统计数据库等基础数据资源,收集并整理了中国、美国和欧盟24国的信息服务业发展数据,综合比较了中美欧三地信息服务业的整体差异,并重点分析了中美两国信息服务业的发展的具体差距。针对上述差距,提出了若干未来推进我国信息服务业发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 We defined the scope and designed the transnational comparing proposal of information service industry based on different countries’ statistical standards.In accordance with the database of Chinese second national economic census,the United States service annual census,the Eurostat structural business statistics,and the data of Information Service Industry development of 24 countries from CN,US,and EU,we compared the overall difference across CN,US,and EU and analyzed the specific gap of information service industrial development between CN and US.Several suggestions about promoting the development of Chinese information services industry in the future are also brought forward.更多还原
