【Abstract】 The paper chooses 11 indicators in aspects of library’s staff quality and document resources, and uses factor analysis method to analyze the difference of library resources allocation between 18 "985" universities and 30 ordinary universities. The results show that total of resources, human resource quality and fund input of library are important foundation of resource construction of university library; resources allocation of "985" universities’ libraries are at a higher level as a whole, staff quality and fund input of ordinary universities are to be improved.更多还原
