【Abstract】 The paper tends to research the social condition of network language information transmission;the utilization mechanism, growth mechanism and development mechanism of language itself from the condition of network language’s reproduction and transmission so that social members can use network and network language correctly, making network information serve human’s life and make the spread of cyber language even network cultural phenomenon handled rationally.
