【摘要】 政府信息公开公众满意度测评指标体系对政府信息公开实施具有执行强大的控制和引导作用。文章着重对政府信息公开公众满意度测评指标体系的构建进行了研究。在分析指标体系构建的依据和原则基础上,结合粗糙集权重确定方法最终构建了政府信息公开公众满意度测评指数体系,最后分析和检验了指标体系的有效性和操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The citizen satisfaction evaluation index system of government information disclosure plays animportant role in guiding the implementation of government information disclosure. Based on the analysison the principles to be followed, approach of ascertaining attribute weight based on rough sets conditionalinformation entropy is used to describe and select evaluation indicators, and the citizen satisfactionevaluation index system of government information disclosure is proposed.
