吲哚美辛5-氟尿嘧啶甲酯吸干乳剂的制备

【摘要】 目的制备吲哚美辛5-氟尿嘧啶甲酯(indomethacin 5-fluorouracil-1-ylmethyl ester,IFM)吸干乳剂(dry-absorbed emulsion of indomethacin 5-fluorouracil-1-ylmethyl ester,IFM-DAE)。方法采用研磨和组织捣碎机制备吲哚美辛5-氟尿嘧啶甲酯吸干乳剂。结果吸干乳剂在人工胃液和肠液中快速自乳化,在人工肠液中分散后乳滴的平均粒径为3.416μm,Zeta电位为-45.8 mV;在人工胃液中分散后乳滴的平均粒径为0.800μm。结论研磨法和组织捣碎机方法制备的IFM-DAE,在人工胃液及人工肠液中能快速乳化,乳化后的液滴平均粒径较小、分布较窄。

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare indomethacin 5-fluorouracil-1-ylmethyl ester dry adsorbed emulsion(IFM-DAE). Methods Grinding and homogenization using tissue homogenizer were applied to prepare IFM-DAE. Results IFM-DAE can be emulsified quickly in simulated gastric and intestinal fluid and the particle size was detected in the range over 0.800 μm to 3.416 μm. ?-potential of emulsion in pH7.4 artificial media was –45.8 mV. Conclusion IFM-DAE prepared by grinding and homogenization can be emulsified quickly and droplet size were small with narrow size distribution.
