【Abstract】 It is a time-honored custom to use honorific and self-deprecating words in China which is known as a state of etiquette and ceremonies. The numerous honorific and self-deprecating words in Three Kingdoms vividly embody the Chinese traditional etiquette culture. Moss Roberts mainly adopts foreignizing strategies and successfully translates them.From the perspective of aesthetics of reception,foreignizing strategies are better ways to evoke the interest of the readers and transmit Chinese culture overseas in Chinese-English translation.更多还原
