【摘要】 目的提高对非霍奇金淋巴瘤合并原发性肾细胞癌的认识,总结其临床特点。方法回顾性分析1例非霍奇金淋巴瘤合并原发性肾细胞癌的诊治经过,并结合文献报道进行分析总结。结果本例患者初诊时误诊为非霍奇金淋巴瘤伴左肾侵犯,给予CHOP方案化疗3个周期后左肾肿块较前无明显变化,行左肾肿块穿刺活检,结果为肾透明细胞癌,遂在全麻下行左肾癌根治术,术后病理证实为左肾透明细胞癌,随访12个月,未见肿瘤复发及转移。结论非霍奇金淋巴瘤合并原发性肾细胞癌临床少见,但并非偶然,需要进一步的研究来阐明两者相关的危险因素,同时在临床工作中亦需提高对非霍奇金淋巴瘤合并原发性肾细胞癌的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma complicated by renal cell carcinoma. Methods One case of non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma complicated by renal cell carcinoma was reported and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results The case was misdiagnosed initially as non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma with renal involvement and 3cycles of CHOP chemotherapy had no treatment effect on left renal mass.The diagnosis of renal clear cell carcinoma was obtained after puncture biopsy.Thus,radical left nephrectomy was performed and postoperative pathologic diagnosis was renal clear cell carcinoma.No disease progression was noted at 12-month follow-up. Conclusions Non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma complicated by renal cell carcinoma in same patient is rare but it is not a fortuitous coincidence.Further mechanistic studies are warranted to explore this concurrence and more realization is also needed to establish an optimal diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
