【摘要】 目的提高对睾丸表皮样囊肿的认识和诊疗水平。方法回顾性分析同济医院2008年3月至2012年5月收治的睾丸表皮样囊肿患者的临床资料。结果共7例病理诊断为睾丸表皮样囊肿的患者纳入本项研究,其中5例接受保留睾丸手术,2例行睾丸切除术。所有患者术后均恢复良好,术后随访3个月~4年,均无肿瘤复发。结论睾丸表皮样囊肿是临床少见睾丸良性肿瘤性病变,容易误诊,术中冷冻切片可明确诊断,治疗主张采用保留睾丸手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote the diagnosis and treatment of testicular epidermoid cysts. Methods The clinical data of 7cases of patients with testicular epidermoid cysts were retrospectively analyzed. The features of ultrasonography,pathology and treatment were discussed. Results Of the 7cases,5underwent tumor resection and preserved their testis and 2underwent radical orchiectomy.All patients recovered eventlessly from the surgery.No local recurrence or remote metastases were noted during the follow-up of 3months through 4years. Conclusions Testicular epidermoid cyst is a rarely seen benign tumor and easy to be misdiagnosed.Frozen section pathology is useful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Tumor resection with testis spared is recommended for treatment.更多还原
