【摘要】 目的:探讨Rab25和CLIC3在胃癌组织中的表达及临床病理意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术,检测20例正常胃黏膜组织和62例胃癌组织中Rab25和CLIC3的表达,分析其与胃癌临床病理因素之间的关系。结果:Rab25和CLIC3在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为77.4%、74.2%,明显高于正常胃黏膜(5%、5%),差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。Rab25和CLIC3的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P均>0.05),而与胃癌组织分化程度、TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P均<0.05)。两种蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.475,P<0.01)。结论:Rab25和CLIC3在胃癌组织中阳性表达,并在胃癌的侵袭转移过程中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the expressions of Rab25 and CLIC3 in gastric cancer tissues and their relationship with clinical characteristics. Methods: Expressions of Rab25 and CLIC3 in 20 cases of normal gastric tissues and 62 cases of gastric cancer tissues were measured by immunohistochemistry assays, and their associations with clinicopathological features were evaluated.Results: The positive expression rates of Rab25 and CLIC3 in gastric cancer were 77.4% and74.2%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal gastric tissues(5%, 5%;both P<0.01). Moreover, the expressions of Rab25 and CLIC3 in gastric cancer were both significantly related to the grade of differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastases(P<0.05). However, there were no significant relationship between the expressions of Rab25 and CLIC3 and other clinicopathological parameters including patients’ gender, age and tumor size(P>0.05). In addition,there was a positive correlation between the expression of Rab25 and CLIC3(r=0.475, P<0.01).Conclusion: The Rab25 and CLIC3 protein levels were significantly higher in gastric cancer, and may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.更多还原
