【摘要】 目的观察导乐分娩镇痛仪联合间苯三酚静脉注射用于分娩镇痛的临床效果。方法将180例初产妇随机分为观察Ⅰ组、观察Ⅱ组和对照组各60例。观察Ⅰ组使用导乐分娩镇痛仪联合间苯三酚80mg静脉注射;观察Ⅱ组单纯使用导乐分娩镇痛仪;对照组未使用任何镇痛方法和药物。观察、比较3组镇痛效果、产程时间、分娩方式、产后2h出血量、新生儿Apgar评分及产妇对分娩服务的满意度。结果观察组镇痛效果明显(P<0.01)且观察Ⅰ组镇痛效果优于观察Ⅱ组(P<0.05);观察组第一产程和总产程缩短(P<0.01),观察Ⅰ组第二产程也缩短(P<0.05);观察Ⅰ组顺产率提高、剖宫产率降低(P<0.05);各组其他指标比较差异无统计学意义。结论导乐分娩镇痛仪联合间苯三酚静脉注射用于分娩镇痛效果优于单独使用导乐分娩镇痛仪,且未见明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Doula delivery analgesia apparatus combined with phloroglucinol for labor analgesia clinical effects. Methods 180 cases of primipara were randomly divided into the observation groupⅠ,the observation groupⅡ and the control group,with 60 cases respectively. The observation group I were used Doula delivery analgesia apparatus combined with 80mg phloroglucinol intravenous injection,the observation groupⅡ were used Doula delivery analgesia apparatus alone,and the control group did not use any analgesic techniques and drugs. The Labor pain scores,labor times,modes of delivery,2 hour postpartum bleeding volumes,neonatal Apgar scores and the satisfaction rats for delivery service among three groups were observed. Results Analgesia effects of the observation groups were obvious( P < 0. 01),and further more the analgesia effects of the observation groupⅠ was better than the observation groupⅡ( P < 0. 05). The first stages of labor and total total stage of labor in the observation groups were shortened( P < 0. 01) and the second stage of labor in the observation groupⅠ was also shortened( P < 0. 05). Delivery rate and cesarean section rate of the observation group I decreased( P <0.05),but the differences in other indexes of all groups showed no significance. Conclution Doula delivery analgesia apparatus combined with phloroglucinol intravenous injection was better than the effect for labor analgesia with Doula delivery analgesia instrument alone,no obvious side effect was found.更多还原
