【摘要】 目的分析影响喉癌术预后的相关因素。方法选取本院耳鼻喉科2005年1月—2009年1月收治的经手术治疗的喉癌患者58例,分别按照性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、T分期、N分级、病理分型、有无行淋巴结清扫、术后放疗等因素进行分组,分别比较每组患者的5年生存率。结果入选患者中性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、有无淋巴结清扫因素的5年生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入选患者中T分期、N分期、术后放疗、病理分型因素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉癌术后诸多因素中,T分期、N分期、术后放疗等对其患者生存具有远期影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze relevant factor of affecting prognosis after laryngeal cancer surgery. Methods 58 laryngeal cancer patients by surgery from January 2005 to January 2009,which were divided into groups on the basis of sex, age,tumor location,T stage,N stage,pathological classification,the lymph node had no conduct,postoperative radiotherapy,five-year survival rate of each group were compared.
