【摘要】 目的探讨术尔泰在预防结肠癌术后肠粘连的应用价值。方法将144例结肠癌手术患者随机分为治疗组84例和对照组60例,2组均进行右半结肠切除术,术后采用相同抗生素抗感染治疗。治疗组术后结束前应用术尔泰液行腹腔灌洗预防粘连,对照组未应用术尔泰。观察2组术后愈合情况,比较2组术后并发症情况,记录住院时间,并术后进行随访。结果 2组均病愈出院。治疗组各并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组住院时间(9.2±1.2)d短于对照组的(15.3±2.5)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3~12个月,2组均无粘连性肠梗阻二次手术发生。结论术尔泰可有效防止炎性肠梗阻、腹腔脓肿,减少术后疼痛和恶心呕吐等并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of shuertai in prevention of colon cancer postoperative intesti- nal. Methods 144 patients with colorectal cancer operation were randomly divided into treatment group( 84 cases) and con- trol group( 60 cases). Two groups were conducted right colon resection and treated with the same antibiotic-resistant infections. Treatment group applicated shuertai with peritoneal lavage fluid lines to prevent adhesions before the end of the surgery. The control group did not apply shuertai. The postoperative healing and complications rate of the two groups were compared after op- eration. Recorded hospital stay time and followed-up. Results The patients of two group were recovered and discharged. The incidence of each complications in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was sta- tistically significant( P < 0. 01). The hospital stay time of treatment group is( 9. 2 ± 1. 2) d shorter than( 15. 3 ± 2. 5) d of con- trol group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Followed for 3 to 12 months,the two groups had no intestinal obstruction secondary surgery occurred. Conclusion Shuertai can effectively prevent inflammatory intestinal obstruction and abdominal abscess,reduce the occurrence of pain and nausea and vomiting of postoperative complications,shorten the time of hospitalization.更多还原
