聚己内酯/聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯性能的研究

【摘要】 以二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)、聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,制备了聚己内酯型水性聚氨酯(PCL-PU)和聚碳酸酯型水性聚氨酯(PCDL-PU),研究了两种水性聚氨酯的性能。结果表明:合成了相应的水性聚氨酯;两种乳液粒径较小,粒径分布窄;涂膜的静态力学和DMA测试表明涂膜的力学性能好;DSC和TG测试结果表明涂膜的耐寒性能和耐热性能好。

【Abstract】 Polycaprolactone/Polycarbonate waterborne polyurethane(PCL-PU and PCDL-PU) was prepared by using dicyclohexyl methane diisocyanate(HMDI), polycaprolactone glycol, polycarbonate glycol and dimethylolpropionic acid. Properties of PCL-PU and PCDL-PU were studied. The results showed that the corresponding waterborne polyurethane was synthesized. Average emulsion particle sizes were small, and the particle sizes distribution were narrow. The static mechanics and DMA tests indicated that the mechanical properties were good. Furthermore, we could see the results from DSC and TG, films had good cold resistance and heat resistance performance.
