【摘要】 目的:采用HPLC同时测定当归建中汤中阿魏酸、桂皮醛的含量。方法:采用Dikma C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱为固定相,以乙腈-0.5%醋酸水溶液(体积分数)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为325nm,进样量20μL。结果:阿魏酸在3.684~36.84mg·L-1线性关系良好,r=0.9996,平均回收率为100.47%(n=6),RSD为1.54%;桂皮醛在38.56~385.6mg·L-1线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为100.52%(n=6),RSD为1.75%。仪器与方法精密度均小于2.0%。结论:该方法快速、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于当归建中汤中指标性成分的含量测定,更加全面控制该方的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining simultaneously the contents of ferulic acid and cinnamaldehyde in Danggui-jianzhong decoction.Methods:Dikma C18column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used with a step gradient of Acetonitrile-0.5% Acetic acid at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 325 nm,and the column temperature was at 25℃.Results:There was good linear relationship in the range of 3.684~36.84 mg·L-1for ferulic acid and 38.56~385.6mg·L-1for cinnamaldehyde.The correlation coefficinets of ferulic acid and cinnamaldehyde were higher than 0.999.The average recovery of ferulic acid was 100.47%(n=6),and cinnamaldehyde was 100.52%(n=6).RSD of the above two components were 1.54%,1.75%,respectively.Conclusions:The method is simple,accurate and can be used as the method for quality assessment of Dangguijianzhong Decoction.更多还原
