【摘要】 目的:探讨经后腹腔途径行肾囊肿去顶术的手术方法及疗效。方法:经后腹腔行腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术15例,其中男12例,女3例。结果:手术时间30-65min,平均42 min。所有手术均无中转开放,无1例病例发生并发症。术后住院时间2-5天,平均3.5天。结论:经后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿疗效可靠,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and investigate the indications and outcomes. Methods: Renal cyst unroofing of 15 cases was performed by retroperitoneal laparoscopy,12 cases were male,3 were female. Results: The mean consumed time for retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing was 42 min( range 30 to 65 min). None cases required conversion to open surgery. The postoperational recovery was rapid and no complications occurred. The postoperative hospital stay was 2 to 5 d( mean 3. 5d). Conclusion: Retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing was safe for performing,and worthy of generalising.更多还原
