高效液相色谱法测定有机磷原药中有害物治螟磷含量

【摘要】 [目的]建立有机磷原药中治螟磷高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]选用Amethyst silica色谱柱,正己烷-四氢呋喃(体积比99.5颐0.5)作流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长210 nm,进行外标法定量。[结果]该方法的线性相关系数为0.999 8,标准偏差在0.01~0.02之间,变异系数在0.49%~2.60%之间,平均回收率为99.4%。[结论]该方法简便快捷,准确度高,线性相关性好。

【Abstract】 [Aims] The HPLC method for determination of sulfotep in technical organophosphorus pesticide was established. [Methods] The sample was separated and analyzed quantitatively with external standard method by Amethyst silica chromatography column at 30 ℃ with a UV-detector at 210 nm using n-hexane and tetrahydrofuran(THF)(99.5:0.5,by vol) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. [Results] The linear relationship coefficient was0.999 8 with the standard deviation was between 0.01 and 0.02. In addition,the variation coefficient ranged from 0.49 to 2.60% with the average recovery of 99.4%. [Conclusions] The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which has good linear correlation.
