氟吗啉在人参根、茎、叶和土壤中的残留动态及风险评估

【摘要】 [目的]明确氟吗啉在人参生长期施用后,其在人参根、茎、叶及土壤中的残留动态及可能产生的膳食安全风险。[方法]采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术对20%氟吗啉可湿性粉剂在集安和抚松2地的人参根、茎、叶和土壤中的消解动态及最终残留量进行了研究。样品经丙酮提取,PSA固相萃取柱净化后用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测,外标法定量。[结果]施药剂量为666.67 g a.i./hm2时,氟吗啉在人参根、茎、叶和土壤中的降解半衰期为12.58~19.69 d。[结论]施药剂量为333.33~666.67 g a.i./hm2时,在一个生长季节使用1次,风险商值为3.6×10-6(远小于1),风险较低,处于安全水平。建议我国鲜人参和干人参中氟吗啉的最大残留限量值分别为0.20、0.50 mg/kg,安全间隔期为21 d。

【Abstract】 [Aims] Residual dynamics and dietary risk assessment of fl umorph in ginseng root, stem, leaf and soil were studied after spraying in ginseng growth period. [Methods] Residual dynamics and fi nal residues of fl umorph 20% WP in ginseng root, stem, leaf and soil were detected by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) in Ji’an city and Fusong county. The samples were extracted with acetone, cleanedup with PSA solid phase extraction cartridge, determined by HPLC-MS/MS and quantifi ed by external standard method. [Results] The half-lives of flumorph were from 12.58 to 19.69 days in ginseng root, stem, leaf and soil at spraying dosage of 666.67 g a.i./ha. [Conclusions] The risk was very low with 3.6×10-6(much less than 1) of a risk quotient, and the residue could be declined to the safe level. It is recommended that the MRLs of fl umorph in fresh ginseng and dried ginseng may be suggested to be 0.20 and 0.50 mg/kg, and the pre-harvest interval of fl umorph was set at 21 days after spraying one time at a dosage range from 333.33 to 666.67 g a.i./ha in one growing season.
