【摘要】 黄淮海平原区是中国油料作物的主产区,具备完整的产业链条,花生产业地位稳固、优势明显。然而当前其花生产业中诸要素的配置与市场经济属性仍有不和谐因素存在,一定程度上制约着优势产业的进一步发展。评估、修正、完善、健全不合理的要素配置,既是驱动花生产业发展的正确取向,也是撬动区域和市域经济的关键支点。对黄淮海平原花生生产中存在的问题、产生的原因进行了探讨,提出了促进黄淮海平原区花生产业健康发展的对策建议,并对其未来发展前景进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 North China Plain is the main producing area of China’s oilseeds, with a complete industrial chain, where peanut industry is deeply entrenched in status and obvious advantages, however, the current configuration of various elements of peanut industry is still not harmonious with market economy attribution,in a manner, those discordant factors restricts further development of the competitive industries. Estimating,revising, perfecting, improving unreasonable factors allocation are not only the correct orientation of driving peanut industry but also the key fulcrum of leveraging regional city region economies. The authors explored the problems and causes in peanut industry, and put forward some countermeasures on promoting the healthy development of peanut industry in North China Plain, then forecasted a vision of futurity.更多还原
