【Abstract】 A method was developed for determination of tefluthrin 8% CS by RP-HPLC, using methanol and water as mobile phase, Eclipse XDB C18 and DAD at 225 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the standard deviation was 0.041, the variation coefficient was 0.50%, and the average recovery was 99.4%.更多还原
