【Abstract】 A novel synthetic method was studied. Using benzonitrile, ethyl cyanoacetate as starting materials, phenamacril was obtained by addition and condensation reaction. The purity of the product was 95.0% and the total yield was more than 72%. Compared with the original synthetic method, the novel method was simple and could be used in industry.更多还原
