【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the market-based economy and modern information technology,university librarians must stand poised to transform themselves from‘custodians of a library’into‘service providers’ that cater to the needs of modern education. Besides,the traditional passive service mode should be substituted with an active one,in order to maximize the role of university libraries in serving teachers and students and in fulfilling the dream of building a ‘powerful country of education’.更多还原
