吲唑磺菌胺200g/L悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析方法
Analytical Method of Amisulbrom 200g/L SC by HPLC
【摘要】 本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇∶水(80∶20)为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在220nm波长下对试样中的吲唑磺菌胺进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该方法测得吲唑磺菌胺的线性相关系数为1.000 0;标准偏差为0.077;变异系数为0.38%;平均回收率为99.95%。
【Abstract】 A method for the separation and the quantitative analysis of amisulbrom by HPLC using methanol and water(80∶20) as mobile phase, ZORBAX SB-C18 column and DAD at 220 nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear relative coefficient was 1.000 0, the standard deviation was 0.077, the variation coefficient was 0.38%, the average recovery was99.95%.
