【摘要】 社会捐赠已经是当前高等学校教育经费的重要来源。通过对农业院校社会捐赠发展现状进行分析,发现农业院校存在社会捐赠工作相对落后,地区分布有明显的"马太效应",资金管理不规范等问题。但目前社会氛围、国家政策等都对农业院校有倾斜,政府层面要鼓励社会捐赠,规范监管行为,农业院校要重视校友资源培育与挖掘,明确筹资目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social donation has been an important funding source for higher education.Based on the analysis of current status of social donation for agricultural universities,we found that social donation efforts were weak in agriculture colleges,and displayed an obvious "Matthew Effect" on regional distribution,and money management was also not standardized and so on.But the social atmosphere and national policy had been made favorable for agricultural universities.We propose that the government needs to encourage community donations,and standardize regulatory actions.And agricultural colleges should pay attention to the cultivation and mining of alumni resources,and the funding targets and objectives should be clearly described and so on.更多还原
