水田打浆平地机作业效果试验

【摘要】 为验证1GDP-280型水田打浆平地机在辽宁地区的应用效果,辽宁省农业机械化研究所在营口市老边区于杨村进行相关作业试验。试验结果表明:机具的强度可靠性、安全性、生产效率及作业面积均可满足要求,且打浆深度、压茬深度、植被覆盖率、作业后地表平整度等指标均符合规定。

【Abstract】 In order to test the operation effect of 1GDP- 280 Paddy Beating Grader in Liaoning area, some relevant experiments were carried out in Yuyang Village, Laobian District of Yingkou City by Liaoning Institute of Agricultural Mechanization. The results showed that the strength reliability, safety, production efficiency and working areas of such type of machine could all meet the requirements.Furthermore, the indicator of beating depth, pressure depth, vegetation coverage and surface roughness after operation totally accorded with the relevant regulations.
