低功耗电子脉动器的设计
Design of the Low-power Electronic Pulsator
【摘要】 挤奶机脉动器性能的好坏直接影响着挤奶效率、奶牛产奶量及奶站的经济效益。针对现有电子脉动器应用中存在的问题,研制一种节能、可靠性高、运行管理成本低的低功耗电子脉动器,介绍该脉动器的结构设计与工作过程,分析实现低功耗的原理。
【Abstract】 The performance of electronic pulsator has a direct effect the efficiency of milking, milk yield and the economic benefit of milk stations. In view of the existing problems in the application of electronic pulse, we developed a low power electronic pulsator of energy-saving, high reliability, and low cost in operation and management. This article examines the design of the structure and the working process of the pulsator, and analyzes the principle of its low power consumption.
