体素内无规则运动核磁成像技术在前列腺癌诊断中的价值
Intravoxel incoherent motion MR imaging for diagnosis of prostate cancer:an evaluation of perfusion fraction and diffusion coefficient
【摘要】 目的 分析体素内无规则运动核磁成像(intravoxel incoherent motion MR imaging,IVIM-MRI)参数与病理诊断的相关性,探讨其在诊断、评估前列腺癌的恶性程度、预后的应用价值。方法 分析21例前列腺癌患者IVIM参数弥散系数D及灌注因子f,结合病理结果 对比良性增生组织与肿瘤组织及中高危组与低危组中之间的区别。结果 弥散系数D及灌注因子f(排除b=800 s/mm~2)在良、恶性组织中差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,弥散系数D在中高危组与低危组之间差异也具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IVIM技术有助于前列腺癌的诊断;弥散系数D值有助于对前列腺癌恶性程度的预估。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of intravoxel incoherent motion MR imaging diffusion coefficients(D)and perfusion fractions(A) in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 21 patients with prostatic cancer were analyzed retrospectively,including the D values and the f values of the different pathological pattern and the different levels of malignancy.Results There were significant difference in D values and f values(exclude b=800s/mm~2) between the normal and tumor tissues(P<0.05).But,between the different levels of malignancy,only the D values had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion IVIM shows some advantages in the differential diagnosis of prostatic cancer and accurate quantification of D value will be helpful to determine tumor malignancy.
