DREB转录因子在植物逆境胁迫中的作用及研究进展
Role of DREB Transcription Factor in Plant Stress and Advances in Its Research
【摘要】 DREB转录因子能调控并激发不同基因表达,在多种胁迫下植物分子育种中被广泛的应用。通过对非生物逆境胁迫下不同DREB基因转入小麦、水稻、大麦和玉米等植物的研究,表明其能响应干旱、极端温度、重金属等胁迫。DREB基因过量表达也会促进CBF/DREB的基因及其与抗逆境有关的HSP/LEA等基因表达,保护转基因植物细胞免遭逆境胁迫损害。
【Abstract】 The DREB transcription factor can regulate and stimulate different gene expression,so it has be widely used in plant molecular breeding under a variety of stresses.The study of different DREB genes into various plants such as wheat,rice,barley and maize under the abiotic stress showed that they could response to various stresses such as drought,extreme temperatures and heavy metal.The overexpression of DREB genes also could promote the expressions of CBF/DREB gene and HSP/ LEA gene associated with anti adversity to protect transgenic plant cells from stress damage.
