【摘要】 目的:探讨连续波热牙胶充填后牙弯曲根管的临床效果。方法:选取2012年1—12月在我院牙体牙髓科确诊为牙髓病或根尖周病的后牙弯曲根管80例,根据患者的治疗意愿分为两组,即热牙胶组和冷侧压组(每组40例),所有患牙常规开髓,Mtwo机用镍钛系统预备根管,氢氧化钙糊剂消毒。热牙胶组采用连续波热牙胶垂直加压技术进行充填,冷侧压组行冷牙胶侧方加压充填,根充后即刻摄片检查充填情况。观察根充恰填率、侧副根管充填情况,术后1周疼痛反应,1年后成功率。结果:热牙胶组恰填率为95.00%,冷侧压组恰填率为77.50%,热牙胶组恰填率明显高于冷侧压组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);热牙胶组侧支根管的充填率15.00%(6/40),冷侧压组0.00%(0/40),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周复诊,热牙胶组与冷侧压组疼痛率分别为12.50%和22.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1年复查疗效,热牙胶组成功39例(97.50%),冷侧压组成功31例(77.50%),热牙胶组优于冷侧压组(P<0.05)。结论:连续波热牙胶充填术优于冷牙胶侧方加压充填术,患者术后疼痛的发生率低,治疗效果更好,值得临床广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the continuous wave warm gutta-percha in filling molar curved root canals of clinical effect.Methods:From 2012 January to 2012 December in our hospital dental diagnosis of molar curved root pulposis and periapical disease canal in 80 cases,the patients will be divided into two groups,namely warm gutta-percha group and cold side pressure group(40 cases each group),all teeth conventional open pulp,nickel titanium system in root canal preparation by using M-two machine,Calcium Hydroxide Paste disinfection.Warm gutta-percha group using continuous wave warm gutta-percha vertical compaction technique for filling,cold side group underwent cold lateral condensation of gutta-percha filling,root canal filling after radiography examination.To observe the proper filling rate,lateral root canal filling 1 weeks after operation,pain reaction,the success rate of 1 years.Results:The warm gutta-percha group just fill rate is 95%,the cold lateral condensation group just fill rate is 77.50%,warm gutta-percha group just fill rate was significantly higher than that of cold pressure group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),warm gutta-percha lateral root canal filling rate was 15%(6/40),cold lateral condensation of group was 0%(0/40),difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),after 1 weeks,the rate of pain warm gutta-percha group and cold side group were 12.50% and 22.50%(P>0.05).Follow-up after 1 years,warm gutta-percha group was successful in 39 cases(97.50%),the cold side group was successful in 31 cases(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),warm gutta-percha group is better than the cold side group.Conclusion:Continuous wave warm gutta perchafilling was better than cold lateral condensation of gutta-percha filling operation,postoperative pain in patients with low incidence,treatment effect is better,is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
