摆臂影响纵跳的运动学特征与摆臂的阶段划分

【摘要】 运用红外光点自动捕捉测试系统对6名优秀男子排球运动员分别进行摆臂纵跳和抱头纵跳的测试,结果表明:摆臂可以分为预摆、后摆和前摆三个阶段,摆臂的不同阶段对纵跳的作用不同;摆臂能提高纵跳高度,其贡献率为16.95%;抱头纵跳和摆臂纵跳下肢三关节动作协调性均表现为同步性;摆臂使下肢关节在整体上表现为运动幅度变小,且蹬伸速度加快,从而有利于提高纵跳高度。

【Abstract】 By using the Qualisys-MUC500 synchronization measurement methods,the author makes an analysis on Kinematics test of jumping with arms swinging and jumping without arms swinging for 6 volleyball players who are elite players of Beijing Sports University. The results show that arm swinging were divided into three stages,which were preliminary swing,backward swing and forward swing. Different stages of arm swinging make a different role in vertical jumping,the contribution rate of armsswinging is about 16. 95%,the lower limb’s three joint angle’s coordination shows synchronism in both armsswinging jump and none-arm-swinging jump,overall joints’ movement range in the lower limb’s is diminished in arms-swinging jump,and expediting the joints stretches is conducive to raising a higher jump.
