不同类型日粮对奶牛血液生化指标及生产性能的影响

【摘要】 试验选取20头中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为2组,每组10头.分别为单一玉米秸秆组(CS)和混合粗饲料组(MF).试验共进行7周,其中预试期2周,正试期5周.采集血液样品和乳样,测定血液生化指标和乳常规组分.结果表明:MF组奶牛血液中血糖和总胆固醇含量显著高于CS组(P<0.05),血清尿素氮和β-羟丁酸含量极显著低于CS组(P<0.01);MF日粮能显著提高奶牛产奶量、乳脂率和总固形物含量(P<0.05),尿素氮和体细胞数显著低于CS组(P<0.05),其余指标2个组间差异不显著(P>0.05).说明MF日粮有利于维持血糖和血清尿素氮的正常水平,并能部分改善乳品质、提高生产性能.

【Abstract】 The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of different dietary patterns on blood parameters and performance in dairy cows. Twenty Chinese lactating Holstein cows were randomly divided into two treatments: 1) corn straw treatment( CS),2) mixed forage treatment( MF). Experiment period lasted for 7 weeks,with a 2-wk adaptation period. Samples were collected,and blood index and milk conventional components were monitored. The results indicated that the blood glucose and total cholesterol content of MF treatment were significantly higher than that of the CS treatment( P <0. 05),blood urea nitrogen and BHBA were significantly lower than that of the CS treatment( P <0. 01). Milk yield,milk fat and total solids were significantly improved in MF treatment( P < 0. 05),milk urea and somatic cell content were significantly lower than that of the CS treatment( P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences between the two treatments( P > 0. 05). To sum up,the pattern of MF diet was beneficial to preserve blood glucose and the normal levels of urea nitrogen,and improved milk quality and performance of dairy cows.
