【Abstract】 Calcium Channel Blocling Drugs retardants the excitation contraction coupling of myocardium and vascular smooth muscle,depressing myocardial contractive power,contracting of vascular smooth muscle,the automatic rhythmicity and conductibility of sinoatrial node.The pharmacological mechanism of CCBD has being known day after day.In the perioperative period,CCBD interacts with andesthetie,muscle relaxant,angiomyocardiac,which has being expanded gradually and being regarded as a hopeful thing in chinical application.更多还原
