【Abstract】 In view of the subject characteristics of animal biochemistry and the defect of traditional experimental teaching in the cultivation of students′ creative thought and practical ability, the curriculum group belonged to College of Animal Science and Technology of Henan University of Science and Technology had a certain exploration in experimental teaching such as adopting autonomic teaching modes, optimizing the teaching contents, using reasonable assessment methods and cultivating students′comprehensive abilities, and so on.
